About The Position

Focal Point Medical Staffing is recruiting Occupational Therapists for three permanent, full-time, year-round, direct-hire positions with an educational client in Brooklyn, New York. The role provides onsite occupational therapy services to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ages 3–20, at one location, with no travel between sites. The anticipated start date is as soon as possible.

The schedule is Monday through Thursday, either 8:15 a.m.–3:30 p.m. or 8:15 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:15 a.m.–2:00 p.m. The annual salary range is $80,000–$110,000, based on experience and work schedule.

Requirements

• Current New York State Occupational Therapist license and active registration.
• OTR/L credential.
• Pediatric or school-based experience, including relevant clinical fieldwork for new graduates.
• Strong clinical communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Availability for full-time, onsite, year-round employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual pull-out and group occupational therapy services.
• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment goals and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with the clinical and educational team.
