About The Position

Relient Health is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for a pediatric outpatient position in Warren, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pediatric therapist or a new graduate who is committed to working with children and families.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • NBCOT certification
  • Current Ohio Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Genuine interest in helping children and families succeed

Nice To Haves

  • Pediatric experience is preferred but not required
  • New graduates with a clear interest in pediatrics will receive full consideration.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat children with physical, developmental, educational, or psychosocial needs
  • Develop individualized plans of care based on each child's abilities and goals
  • Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
  • Educate and collaborate with parents, caregivers, and family members
  • Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, educators, and other members of the pediatric care team
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Supervise COTAs, students, or volunteers when appropriate and permitted by Ohio regulations
