About The Position
PAM Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide care for a diverse patient population in inpatient and outpatient settings. The role primarily involves direct patient care, planning and implementing age-appropriate treatment programs for individual patients in accordance with occupational therapy principles and practices within the PAM Health System. The Occupational Therapist will also contribute to further development of services and must be flexible to meet the System’s needs across different facilities. New graduates are encouraged to apply; a comprehensive preceptor program supports new hires at all experience levels, and the organization uses a 1:1 patient care model for all levels of care. Other related duties may be assigned or requested.
Requirements
- Occupational Therapist license in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
- Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct occupational therapy patient care.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate treatment programs for individual patients according to occupational therapy principles and practices within the PAM Health System.
- Contribute to the further development of services.
- Remain flexible to meet the needs of the System across different facilities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
