Occupational Therapist / OT / OTR - Full Time Float
About The Position
Preferred Therapy Solutions is hiring a full-time floating Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) based in Marlborough, Connecticut. The therapist will provide occupational therapy services at multiple sub-acute and skilled nursing facilities throughout Northern and Central Connecticut. Travel time and mileage are paid when traveling between two or more facilities in a day. The role is part of a collaborative rehabilitation and nursing team focused on helping residents achieve their highest level of independence. Flexible scheduling is offered to help balance work and personal life. The good-faith rate range is $40.00–$46.00.
Requirements
- Possess a current Occupational Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state of employment.
- Demonstrate strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Have experience with electronic documentation.
- Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
- Work well with others in a team setting.
- Be flexible with hours.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate occupational therapy services at facilities throughout Northern and Central Connecticut.
- Travel between facilities as needed; travel time and mileage are paid when traveling between two or more facilities in one day.
- Collaborate with rehabilitation therapists and nursing staff in a team environment.
- Complete documentation with attention to detail and timeliness.
