Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health - Full Time
About The Position
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide home-based care to patients with debilitating conditions. The role helps patients improve everyday functioning and daily living skills, develop basic motor functions, and compensate for losses of function. Occupational Therapists administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teach patients’ families and other members of the health care team. Services are provided according to physicians’ orders and the established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director. The position is full-time, with a stated annual compensation range of $90,000 to $95,000. Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy.
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the candidate practices.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of experience is preferred; less experience may be considered with approval from the Regional Vice President and/or Regional Director of Therapy Services based on prior experience setting.
- Medicare home health experience is preferred.
Responsibilities

- Use treatments to develop patients’ daily living skills and basic motor functions, and help them compensate for losses of function.
