About The Position

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide home health care. The therapist helps patients with debilitating conditions improve their ability to perform everyday tasks in the home, develop daily living skills and basic motor functions, and compensate for losses of function. The role includes administering skilled care to clients who need intermittent professional services and teaching family members and other members of the health care team. Services are delivered in accordance with physicians’ orders and the established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director. The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Requirements

Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy.
Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the therapist practices.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of experience is preferred; less experience may be considered with Regional Vice President and/or Regional Director of Therapy Services approval based on prior experience setting.
Medicare home health experience is preferred.
