About The Position

PARS Therapy is seeking a committed home health Occupational Therapist to serve patients in the South Dallas, Texas area, including ZIP codes 75215 and 75210. The role supports patients’ recovery by helping restore movement and achieve their potential through promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation. Home health services are provided to homebound clients who meet Medicare home health coverage criteria.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Texas.
• Occupational therapy liability insurance in Texas.
• Graduate degree or greater in Occupational Therapy.
• Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.
• Current knowledge of treatment practices.
• Friendly and professional demeanor when explaining procedures and treatments.

Nice To Haves

• Home health or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to eligible homebound clients in a home health setting.
• Support patients’ recovery, restore movement, and help them achieve their potential through occupational therapy interventions.
• Explain procedures and treatments to patients in a friendly and professional manner.
