Occupational Therapist - PRN
About The Position
Therapy Management Corporation is hiring a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide occupational therapy services to adults and older adults. The therapist will help patients improve independence, mobility, safety, and quality of life through personalized, patient-centered care, while following their progress over time. The role is based in a collaborative clinical environment that emphasizes quality outcomes, continuity of care, clinical autonomy, and support for clinicians. TMC partners with skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities to provide rehabilitation services that enhance residents’ mobility, independence, and wellbeing.
Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
- Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

- Interest or experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or geriatric rehabilitation.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
- Provide care through therapeutic activities, activities of daily living (ADL) training, and adaptive techniques.
- Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks, including dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support patient outcomes and continuity of care.
- Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans to patient needs and rehabilitation goals.
