About The Position
Anew Home Health is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for PRN work in the Lafayette, Indiana area. The Occupational Therapist implements skilled occupational therapy services with minimal supervision, following occupational therapy principles and practices and Anew Home Health policies and procedures. The role evaluates patients, develops initial and ongoing treatment plans and discharge plans, supervises assistants, contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care in patients’ homes. The position offers per-visit compensation: Start of Care $150; Resumption of Care $115; Recertification $95; Reassessment $70; Routine Visit $70; SCIC Visit $95; Discharge Visit $80; offsite Discharge Visit $40; and Evaluation $85. Mileage is reimbursed at $0.58 per mile, and non-visit productivity such as education and staff meetings is paid at $45 per hour.
