PRN Occupational Therapist
About The Position
The Occupational Therapist implements skilled occupational therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with occupational therapy principles and practices and applicable policies and procedures. This is a PRN opportunity serving Hickory Creek Winamac and Hickory Creek Rochester, with a flexible schedule and PRN coverage. The role includes evaluating patients, providing quality care, developing treatment and discharge plans, supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA), contributing to case management, maintaining positive interactions with patients and center staff, and adhering to applicable state regulations.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and provide quality patient care.
- Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans.
- Develop discharge plans.
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA).
- Contribute to case management.
- Maintain positive interactions with patients and center staff.
- Adhere to applicable state regulations concerning occupational therapy.
