About The Position

Colorado Springs Therapy Center (CSTC) serves a mix of pediatric and adult clients across two outpatient locations, offering a full range of occupational, physical, and speech therapy services in a kind environment. CSTC has been providing excellent care in the Colorado Springs area since 2006 and has been selected as one of the Gazette's Best Workplaces for the last six years. We are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist with an interest or experience in Hand Therapy to join our outpatient team. Whether you're an experienced hand therapist, pursuing your CHT, or looking to develop specialized upper extremity skills, we provide the mentorship, resources, and support to help you succeed.

Requirements

Degree from an accredited OT or PT program
Applicants must have an active license to practice therapy in the state of Colorado (or eligible)
Passion for making a difference in clients’ lives!

CHT certification is welcomed but not required

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Bilingual Therapists: additional compensation is available for Therapists fluent in Spanish and English!

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with a wide variety of upper extremity conditions, including: Tendon and nerve injuries, Fractures and joint injuries, Arthritis and chronic pain conditions, Repetitive strain and work-related injuries
Custom orthotic fabrication and splinting
Scar management, edema control, range of motion, strengthening, and functional rehabilitation
Provide therapy, communicate with clients and families regarding care, and complete documentation.

Base Pay Range $40.00-$44.00 depending on experience (Hourly)

Bonuses based on performance may be available for both hourly and salary therapists.
