About The Position

Dignity Health Outpatient Position: Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist. This is a Full Time position located at 1395 Raiders Way Henderson NV 89052. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 40 hours weekly. The pay range is $80,000 - $108,000 depending on years of experience. There is a $16,000 sign-on bonus and $350/monthly student loan assistance. Dignity Health is part of Select Medical Corporation's Outpatient Division, a nationally prominent, locally driven provider of outpatient physical rehabilitation with 1900+ locations in 39 states. They operate under various names including Select Physical Therapy, NovaCare Rehabilitation, and others. Their clinical team provides preventative and rehabilitative services, developing individualized treatment plans. They partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers for optimal patient outcomes and also provide services to professional sports teams, colleges, universities, and high schools.

Requirements

Must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy.
Minimum of level II clinical rotation or fieldwork in hand therapy specific to the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic is REQUIRED within the last two years.
National registration and state licensure or registration REQUIRED.
Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
Valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications of high quality hand therapy services to patients and customers.
Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care.
Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients.
Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
