About The Position

Functional Pathways is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join the therapy team at Holladay Park Plaza, a retirement community in Northeast Portland, Oregon. The role supports residents through compassionate care and rehabilitation services. Requirements

• Bachelor's, master’s, or doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure as required by state and national board associations.
• Active state license.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures.
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure; screening requirements may vary by location.
