Occupational Therapist - OT (Per Diem)
About The Position
A Per Diem Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) position is available in the sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Holden, MA. Once hired as part of the PTS team, you may join as many of our other local PRN rosters as you wish. Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center is a 123-bed nursing facility providing long-term skilled care and short-term rehab services. Holden Rehab is newly renovated and has grown to accommodate many needs with state-of-the-art equipment and mostly private accommodations. Within Holden's new building, there are three distinct neighborhoods: short stay, long term, and Wachusett Respiratory Care Unit. Each neighborhood has an activity area, family meeting spaces, outdoor courtyards, and dining areas with country kitchens. The Town Square is home to our Hair Salon, Consultation Office, and Coffee Shop. Preferred Therapy Solutions is different from other therapy companies because we are owned and operated by therapists, focus on appropriate and ethical patient care, and our management team members have worked in similar positions. Requirements
- Must possess a current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license or license eligible to practice in the state where to be employed.
- Prior experience in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting is required.
- Must enjoy working with the geriatric population.

- Potentially join multiple PRN rosters within the PTS team.
