Requirements
- Current California OT license in good standing.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct skilled occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ independence in daily living activities.
- Educate patients, caregivers, and families on adaptive techniques, home safety, and use of equipment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document all care provided in compliance with agency, state, and federal guidelines.
- Participate in care conferences and contribute to ongoing care planning.
