About The Position
ATI is hiring a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care focused on restoring function or implementing modifications for people affected by upper extremity injuries. The role includes conducting detailed assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to help patients participate in meaningful occupations and daily living activities. ATI describes its outpatient therapy environment as supportive and collaborative, with manageable caseloads, a proprietary EMR and Patient Management Tool, structured mentorship and learning opportunities, and access to continuing education. The position offers an hourly salary range of $45.00–$52.00.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- Current professional licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or eligibility for licensure under the rules and regulations of the state where applying.
Nice To Haves
- Strong skills in orthosis fabrication are preferred.
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification is preferred.
