About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients, focusing on improving their functional abilities and quality of life. The ideal candidate will have experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or rehabilitation setting and possess excellent clinical and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Active Colorado Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapy experience
- Current BLS certification
- Strong knowledge of ADL training, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, and functional rehabilitation
- Excellent documentation, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while managing a diverse patient caseload
- Strong collaboration skills with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams
Nice To Haves
- SNF or rehabilitation experience preferred
Responsibilities
