Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health - Full Time
About The Position
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide home-based care to patients with debilitating conditions. The role helps patients improve their ability to perform everyday tasks and develops daily living skills and basic motor functions, while helping them compensate for loss of function. The Occupational Therapist provides skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teaches family members and other members of the health care team. Care is provided in accordance with physicians’ orders and the established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director. The advertised salary range is $90,000–$110,000, based on years of experience.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy.
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the employee practices.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of experience is preferred; less experience may be accepted with Regional Vice President and/or Regional Director of Therapy Services approval based on prior experience setting.
- Medicare home health experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
