About The Position

This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Janesville, Wisconsin. The Occupational Therapist assesses clients and develops treatment plans to improve their ability to perform daily tasks and activities. The role involves collaborating with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to tailor interventions, monitoring client progress, and adapting strategies as needed. Therapeutic support covers a range of needs, including pediatric care and rehabilitation.

The position is with a therapist-owned multidisciplinary clinic serving south-central Wisconsin and northern Illinois. The clinic provides speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and mobile swallow study services, with a focus on personalized care and individual attention.

Requirements

• Proficiency in occupational therapy and a strong understanding of rehabilitation practices.
• Knowledge of medical concepts and their application in therapy.
• Ability to create and implement effective therapy plans.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience working with pediatric clients or a strong interest in pediatric care.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and collaborative teamwork.
• State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• A relevant degree.

Nice To Haves

• CPR or First Aid certification.
• Previous experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting.
