About The Position

This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role in Janesville, Wisconsin, with a Monday–Friday schedule. The therapist will assess clients and develop treatment plans to improve their ability to perform daily tasks and activities. The role involves providing therapeutic support for a range of needs, including pediatric care and rehabilitation, and working with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to tailor interventions, monitor progress, and adapt strategies as needed.

The position is with a therapist-owned multidisciplinary clinic serving south-central Wisconsin and northern Illinois. The clinic provides speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and mobile swallow study services, emphasizing personalized care and individual attention.

Requirements

• Proficiency in occupational therapy and a strong understanding of rehabilitation practices.
• Knowledge of medical concepts and their application in therapy.
• Ability to create and implement effective therapy plans.
• Strong communication skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and collaborative teamwork.
• State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• A relevant degree.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with pediatric clients or a strong interest in pediatric care.
• CPR or First Aid certification.
• Previous experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting.
