About The Position

Sanford Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess clients, patients, and residents and design occupational therapy treatments that help them develop, maintain, and recover the ability to perform tasks in daily life. The therapist evaluates physical, cognitive, developmental, and psychosocial abilities; establishes realistic goals and appropriate therapy programs; documents evaluations; and develops and modifies treatment plans as needed. The position collaborates with providers, case managers, families, third-party payers, and public organizations. It may involve supervising assistants, aides, or students and providing ongoing training to peers. The position is scheduled for 40 hours per week on a day shift. The department describes a flexible Monday-through-Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays.
