About The Position
Richland Place is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join its in-house therapy team. The therapist will provide evidence-based treatment to inpatients who need extended short- and long-term rehabilitation following medically complex, neurological, and/or orthopedic conditions. The position offers a family-oriented work atmosphere that emphasizes quality care, recognition, empowerment, teamwork, and opportunities for growth. Flexible scheduling and competitive compensation are offered, including performance wage rate increases.
Requirements
- Must hold a Tennessee Occupational Therapist license.
- Must be a graduate of an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Program and initially certified or eligible for certification by the NCBOT.
- Must be flexible, a team player, and have a positive attitude.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Prior skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience is a plus.
