School-Based Occupational Therapist

About The Position
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist for the 2026/2027 School Year in Fontana, CA. This role involves completing OT assessments and reports, entering IEP information, attending IEP meetings, supervising COTAs, and collaborating with the SPED team and teachers. The therapist will also complete quarterly progress reports if required.
Requirements
- Master's degree from an accredited school or program.
- California Current Board of Occupational Therapy license
- Current Registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Able to travel between school sites and have reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Complete OT Assessments and reports
- Complete OT Therapy as needed. COTA's will complete majority of therapy sessions
- Enter IEP information (present levels, goals, service amount) into the IEP document system
- Attend IEP meetings
- Supervise COTA
- Collaborate with SPED Team members and teachers
- Complete Quarterly Progress Reports if Required
