About The Position
No Limits Pediatric Therapies is seeking a pediatric Occupational Therapist for a PRN, as-needed position. The therapist will evaluate and treat children using play-based, neuro-affirming, and strengths-focused approaches, developing individualized treatment plans that empower children and their families. The role is in person and offers flexible scheduling based on availability and clinic needs. The team includes occupational, physical, and speech-language therapists and emphasizes collaboration, connection, and helping children thrive at home, school, and in the community.
Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current or eligible Arkansas state licensure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for helping children build independence and confidence through creativity and play.
- Flexibility and willingness to provide coverage based on clinic needs.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
- Experience with sensory integration or feeding therapy is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide engaging, play-based treatment to support children's functional skills and independence.
- Collaborate with families and other members of the therapy team.
- Complete documentation and maintain accurate client records.
- Support client care based on clinic needs and the therapist's availability.
