About The Position
Encompass Health is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide compassionate, personalized occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Requirements
- Possess a current state license in Occupational Therapy.
- Have BLS (CPR) certification, or obtain it within 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct occupational therapy care to patients.
- Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
- Build relationships with patients and understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
