Requirements

• Active OT license in Maryland (or ability to obtain one before starting)
• Passion for working with children and families in play-based, family-centered therapy
• Strong clinical instincts and a commitment to ongoing growth and learning
• Collaborative mindset for working alongside Speech-Language Pathologists, BCBAs, and other professionals

Nice To Haves

• Experience in feeding therapy, sensory integration, or social skills development
