About The Position

Interface Rehab, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to provide therapy services at Imperial Care Center in Studio City, California. The role offers full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling opportunities, with shifts available up to 40 hours per week. Opportunities may be available across post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics. The position focuses on patient care, personalized treatment planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, documentation, and supporting patients’ rehabilitation and long-term wellness goals.

Requirements

• Active or obtainable Occupational Therapist license in the state of California.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy care to patients across various settings.
• Assist in evaluating patients and implementing personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness.
