About The Position

Requirements
- Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Passion for resident-centered care

Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services focused on independence and daily living skills
- Supervise COTAs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- Participate in care planning and discharge preparation
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
