About The Position

Always Best Care Home Health is a growing Medicare-certified agency serving patients across Oahu. We're looking for compassionate Occupational Therapists and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants who help patients regain independence through personalized, in-home care. We are seeking individuals for Per Diem roles on Oahu, HI, with the potential to earn $110,000-$120,000 per year. The role involves delivering occupational therapy services to clients in their homes, including conducting evaluations, reassessments, and fall-risk screenings, as well as tracking patient progress and coordinating with the care team.

Requirements

• Licensed OT or COTA in Hawaii
• At least 1 year of clinical experience (home health a plus)
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
