About The Position
Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health (Per Diem). Deliver Functional Care in a High-Demand Urban Community. @Home Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home services to adult patients in the Astoria area. This role focuses on helping individuals maintain or improve independence in daily routines while navigating the challenges of dense, multi-unit urban housing. You’ll work with a culturally diverse patient population and provide practical, real-world functional support in home environments.
Requirements
- Active New York State Occupational Therapist license.
- Strong ability to adapt therapy to real-world home environments.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based setting.
