About The Position

IRG Physical & Hand Therapy is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) for their small, therapist-centered clinic in Everett, WA. This role offers exceptional autonomy and a diverse outpatient caseload with a strong emphasis on adult and geriatric upper extremity rehabilitation. The clinic is known for its collaborative, trust-based environment where experienced clinicians can practice independently. The position involves treating patients with various conditions including post-operative hand and upper extremity issues, arthritis, CVA/stroke, general orthopedic pain, degenerative conditions, tendon and nerve injuries, and wound care. The clinic also provides opportunities for mentorship and working with students and job-shadow applicants. IRG is a locally owned and operated provider of outpatient Physical & Hand Therapy, emphasizing clinical excellence, innovation, and compassion.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations.
• Demonstrated excellence in clinical processes and responsibilities.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate, and perform a broad variety of tasks and stay focused on the objective in a high-stress environment.
