IRG Physical & Hand Therapy is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) for their Everett clinic. This is an opportunity for a new grad or experienced CHT to practice independently within a supportive, collaborative environment alongside seasoned clinicians. The role focuses on a diverse outpatient caseload with a strong emphasis on adult and geriatric upper extremity rehabilitation, treating conditions such as post-operative hand and upper extremity issues, arthritis, CVA/stroke, general orthopedic pain, degenerative conditions, and tendon and nerve injuries. The clinic also offers custom splint fabrication, wound care, and functional upper extremity rehabilitation. The Everett clinic is described as a close-knit, therapist-centered team that values collaboration, trust, and autonomy. Clinicians can develop deep expertise by focusing on specific patient populations (pediatric, adult, or geriatric) while working with experienced colleagues. The leadership style is open-door, fostering a thriving environment. Opportunities exist to mentor occupational therapy students and job-shadow applicants. IRG offers an enhanced compensation model based on professional revenue share, allowing for direct connection between clinical work and income, with potential to earn up to an additional 20% of base salary while maintaining 1:1 patient care. This model emphasizes autonomy, clinical growth, patient impact, and rewards value creation to reduce burnout.
