About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist Assistant -COTA to join our team in a skilled nursing facility. In this role, you will work closely with licensed therapists and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to both post-acute and long-term care patients.
Requirements
- Valid NC COTA license
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and treatments under the direction of a Occupational Therapist
- Deliver patient-centered care in a skilled nursing setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and restorative nursing staff
- Support patients in achieving their functional goals and improving quality of life
