About The Position

Responsible for carrying out goal-oriented treatments established by the Occupational Therapist to facilitate maximum level of independence in ADL and UE functioning.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy from a college program satisfying the American Occupational Therapy Association academic and intern requirement for competence in OT.
  • Nevada State Licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. (Must be in the process of licensure and practicing under a student license).
  • A current certification from the National Board in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
