Responsibilities
- Read, understand, and follow all plans of care developed by the Occupational Therapist
- Assist patients with using adaptive equipment, modify exercises, and enhance ADL/IADL independence
- Communicate patient care plan with therapy team and caregivers
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and changes
