Join a patient-centered rehabilitation team committed to helping individuals achieve greater independence, function, and quality of life. As an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA), you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver individualized therapeutic interventions that help patients improve their ability to perform meaningful daily activities. In this role, you will provide occupational therapy treatments according to established plans of care, support patients in achieving functional goals, and contribute to positive patient outcomes through compassionate, evidence-based care. You will collaborate closely with occupational therapists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to treatment. The Occupational Therapy Assistant may assist with treatment planning, perform therapeutic activities and interventions, document patient progress, and modify treatments within the scope of the established plan of care and state practice guidelines. Success in this role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for helping patients regain and maintain independence.
