It involves maintaining patient records, coordinating patient services, and acting as a point of contact for medical and nursing staff, patients, and internal and external company contacts. The position also performs clinical duties such as answering telephones, preparing and filing patient paperwork, and ordering and storing supplies. Additionally, the technician performs occupational medicine services within clinic and onsite locations per department workflow.
