About The Position

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Occupational Medicine Physician to join their established, high-performing Occupational Medicine team in West Hartford, Connecticut. This is a 100% outpatient Occupational Medicine position offering a predictable weekday schedule, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to practice within one of the largest integrated healthcare systems in New England. The role involves Workers’ Compensation and Injury Care Management, pre-employment and regulatory physicals, drug-free workplace testing and compliance programs, OSHA and employer-based health services, and integration with physical therapy and workplace rehabilitation. The practice utilizes EPIC EMR with Dragon dictation and AI integration, HIPAA-compliant communication tools, and a patient portal, supported by efficient workflows and strong administrative support.

Requirements

Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
BC/BE Preventative, Family or Internal Medicine
