The Occupational Instructor encourages choice, self-advocacy, and self-determination of program participants. This role is responsible for the supervision and training of assigned program participants, overseeing the completion of contract tasks including quality control of materials. The instructor will also assist with the development and implementation of individualized plans for program participants.
