Occupational Health Specialist (RN) - PRN
About The Position
Prairie Ridge Health is seeking an Occupational Health Specialist to join its Occupational Health Department. This PRN, as-needed position works various days Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM. The specialist works independently and in conjunction with other hospital employees to support programming needs. The role builds relationships with and markets to area businesses, participates in strategic planning and marketing activities, guides the occupational health program, and promotes health and safety at organizations outside the hospital. The specialist performs physical assessments and Health Risk Assessments and monitors drug screening and audiology screening processes.
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in a health care profession.
- Valid Wisconsin RN license.
- CPR certification or obtain it within 90 days of hire.
- Computer literacy.
Nice To Haves
- Current Wisconsin driver's license preferred.
