About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Part-time Paramedic to provide on-site occupational health services at an active construction project in Harwood, North Dakota. This is your opportunity to transition from reactive emergency response to proactive injury prevention and workforce health support — all while maintaining strong compensation and a consistent night shift schedule. This is on-site medical coverage for a large-scale construction project in Harwood, ND. You’ll work inside a dedicated site clinic and provide: Injury assessment and treatment, OSHA documentation and reporting, First aid and emergency response, Worker health monitoring and follow-up care, Drug screening and occupational health testing, Collaboration with site safety teams, Coordination with local EMS when necessary. This is not a traditional 911 ambulance role. You will build relationships with crews, operate with autonomy, and play a critical role in keeping projects moving safely.

Requirements

  • Current State Paramedic License (or ability to obtain)
  • Minimum 3 years as a licensed healthcare provider
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Current ACLS certification
  • Emergency, occupational, or industrial experience preferred

Responsibilities
