Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in apartment leasing
- Affordable Housing Requirements (BOND/HUD/LIHTC)
- A valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle/golf cart
- Experience with specialized property management software (RealPage, OneSite, and/or Yardi), or the ability to learn such software
- A working knowledge of current technologies and Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Ensure regulatory compliance with all necessary governing agencies by screening all potential residents for eligibility
- Performing income certifications and re-certifications
- Completing all move-in, move-out, interim, and annual re-certifications with a high degree of accuracy and in a timely manner
- Maintaining waitlist records, resident files, and all monthly, quarterly, and annual reports according to government regulations
- Conducting regular, independent file audits for accuracy and track and make any necessary corrections
