About The Position

This is a Locum Tenens position for an Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician in Blytheville, AR. The role involves providing comprehensive outpatient OB/GYN care during clinic hours and managing inpatient deliveries, including vaginal and cesarean sections. The physician will also participate in an on-call rotation and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality patient care. Patient volume is estimated at 14-27 deliveries per month. The coverage period is from October 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.

Requirements

• AR license
• Board Certification: Preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient OB/GYN care during clinic hours
• Manage inpatient deliveries, including vaginal and cesarean sections
• Participate in on-call rotation (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off)
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality patient care
• Maintain patient records and coordinate with other healthcare providers
