About The Position
We are seeking a Board Certified Obstetrics & Gynecology physician for a Locum Tenens position in Williston, ND. This inpatient role involves clinical duties and 24-hour call coverage from December 24, 2026, to January 04, 2027. The physician will treat patients, perform clinical procedures, maintain reports, and potentially supervise mid-levels and other personnel. Specialty backup from Family Practice with OB is available.
Requirements
- Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Active North Dakota license or Universal License (IMLC)
- Active DEA Certification
- BLS, NRP
- EMR proficiency (Meditech, Dragon, PACs, eRx, Imprivata)
- Clean malpractice history
- Hospital Privileges Required
Nice To Haves
- Vaginal deliveries, C-sections, hyst, tubals, bladder repair, D&C's
Responsibilities
- Treat patients and perform clinical procedures consistent with licensure and privileges
- Prepare and maintain reports, claims, and correspondence
- Attend professional conventions, CME programs, and participate in professional societies
- Provide coverage for other physicians during vacations, holidays, etc.
- Supervise mid-levels, nurses, and other personnel
- Admissions: 1-3
