About The Position
The facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join its established women’s health team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This full-time position combines obstetrics and gynecology and offers the opportunity to practice the full scope of women’s healthcare, including prenatal care, deliveries, gynecologic procedures, and preventive screenings. Newly trained physicians are encouraged to apply. The organization provides a collaborative practice environment supported by advanced technology, experienced nursing staff, certified nurse midwives, advanced practice providers, and a multidisciplinary network. Its services include preventive care, prenatal and postnatal services, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, infertility evaluation, and menopause management.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure.

- Prior OB/GYN experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to patients of all ages.
- Manage prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care, including deliveries.
- Perform in-office procedures and minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries.
- Conduct preventive screenings and address a broad range of reproductive health needs.
- Collaborate with midwives, nurse practitioners, and specialists to provide coordinated, high-quality care.
- Participate in a call rotation to provide continuous patient coverage.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, continuing education, and team-based professional development.
