About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Obstetrics and Gynecology Nurse Practitioner to join their group at FPN Obstetrics & Gynecology Rensselaer. The ideal candidate will have past or present Women’s Health experience, with a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. The candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. The provider will need to work collaboratively with physicians to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. All healthcare services at Franciscan Physician Network follow the Ethical and Religious Directives.

Requirements

• Master's Degree
• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
• Provide Antepartum and Postpartum care.
• Perform Pap smears.
• Perform Breast exams.
• Diagnose and treat Vaginosis.
