About The Position

Vancouver Clinic is seeking a full-time BC/BE Obstetrician Gynecologist to join their growing department in a Generalist position. The department is collaborative, consisting of OB/GYNs, Nurse Midwives, Women's Health APCs, and Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians. Services are provided at local hospitals (PeaceHealth Southwest and Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center) and the clinic's Ambulatory Surgery Center, which offers a variety of surgical procedures including abdominal surgery and minimally invasive techniques (vaginal, laparoscopic, and robotic). The role involves a split between clinic and call duties, with a full-time physician typically working 4-5 days per week in the clinic and having approximately one call day per week. The hospitals have Level 3 NICUs. This is a two-year partnership track position with a reasonable buy-in.

Requirements

BC/BE Obstetrician Gynecologist
Full-time availability (0.8 – 1.0 FTE)
Ability to work collaboratively
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Successful completion of background screen and immunization requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized care during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum.
Perform a variety of surgical procedures, including abdominal surgery and minimally invasive vaginal, laparoscopic, and robotic techniques.
Cover Labor & Delivery at one hospital during call shifts.
Back up the CNM group during call shifts.
Provide ER city call coverage.
