We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician for an ongoing locum opportunity at Socorro General Hospital in Socorro, New Mexico. This position combines outpatient clinic responsibilities with Labor & Delivery and on-call coverage. Requirements

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician with OB/GYN residency training.
Active New Mexico Medical License or ability to obtain one.
Current BLS Certification required.
Recent experience meeting hospital privileging criteria, including required case logs.
Proficiency in vaginal deliveries, C-sections, gynecologic surgery, and EPIC EMR.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient OB/GYN care and manage Labor & Delivery patients.
Perform vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and emergency obstetric procedures.
Evaluate and treat gynecologic conditions, including surgical and laparoscopic procedures.
Interpret fetal heart monitoring and perform OB ultrasound evaluations as required.
Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR and collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team.
