About The Position
An opportunity is available for an experienced Obstetric Registered Nurse (OB RN) to join our team on the night shift. This position offers a stable schedule of 36 hours per week over an 8-week period.
Requirements
- Must have documented delivery room experience.
- Previous Medical-Surgical nursing experience is required.
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)
- AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM)
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the delivery room and receiving babies during childbirth.
- Providing care and support to mothers and newborns.
- Monitoring fetal heart rates and responding to any concerns.
- Caring for patients in the MedSurg unit during low census periods.
