Responsible for maintaining and managing a cohesive medical team and facilitate good communication between patients, nursing staff and physicians. Does this position require Patient Care? Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Medical Office/Hospital/Managed Care Experience 3-5 years required

Nice To Haves

Associate's Degree Related Field of Study preferred
Supervisory/Leadership Experience 2-3 years preferred
A demonstrated ability to provide consistent quality patient care with a keen eye for detail, organizational skills and effective time management.
Experience instructing clinical support employees on proper treatment procedures.
A positive attitude and a propensity for leadership and team-building.
Ability to problem-solve under pressure.
